Eligibility Criteria for MBBS Admission in Dr B R Ambedkar Medical College

• It is mandatory for the candidate to qualify in NEET UG exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

• Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on or before 31 December of the year of MBBS admission.

• Candidates should have completed their 12th standard with 50% minimum marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology with English as one of the subjects.

• Candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC category must obtain 40% minimum marks.

Eligibility Criteria for NRI, Foreign Nationals and People of Indian Origin:

• It is mandatory for the candidate to qualify in NEET UG exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

• The candidates should possess relevant documents to prove their NRI / Foreign status.

• The candidates should furnish the Eligibility Certificate obtained from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) to pursue Medical Education in Karnataka.

• The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on or before 31 Dec of the Year of MBBS Admission.

• The candidates should have passed 12th std. with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the main subjects.
