The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release OMR Sheet and NEET Answer Keys to help aspirants seeking MBBS admission in medical colleges in India through NEET 2019 get an idea about their performance in the NEET examination 2019.

Post NEET Examination 2019 Activities

Display of Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) Sheets and Responses on Website

 

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will display the images of Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) Answer Sheets & Responses that are graded by the machine of all the medical aspirants who have appeared for NEET 2019 on the official NEET website. The schedule of display of images of OMR Answer Sheets and Responses will be updated on the official NEET 2019 website.

Medical aspirants seeking MBBS admission in medical colleges in India through NEET examination 2019 will be given an opportunity to challenge the OMR grading by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1000 per response challenged.

The NTA verifies the challenges made by the medical aspirants against OMR grading from the actual record and if the challenges are found correct then the same will be updated in the data. However, the NTA will not send any intimation to individual candidate in this regard.

Display of Answer Key for Challenge

 

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will display the NEET Answer Key of the questions on the official NEET website. The exact date of display of Answer Key will be updated on the official NEET 2019 website.

Medical aspirants seeking admission to MBBS course in medical colleges in India through NEET examination 2019 will be given an opportunity to challenge the Answer Key by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1000 per answer challenged.

The NTA verifies the challenges made by the medical aspirants against answer with the help of subject experts and if the challenges are found correct then the NEET answer key will be revised accordingly. The NEET result will be prepared based on the revised Answer Key and declared by 5 June 2019.

The NTA will not intimate to individual candidate about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge.

 

Declaration of NEET 2019 Result

 

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct NEET examination 2019 on 5 May 2019 for medical aspirants seeking MBBS admission in medical colleges in India. The NTA holds the responsibility of evaluating the Answer Sheets and declaring the final NEET result. As soon as the NEET result is ready, the NTA will host the NEET result on the official website of NEET and thereafter candidates who have appeared for NEET examination 2019 can download their NEET result sheets.

The NTA is authorized to prepare only the overall merit list as per the directives of DGHS and MCI and no category wise NEET result sheet will be prepared.

The NTA will provide no provision for medical aspirants who have appeared for NEET examination 2019 to request for re-checking/re-evaluation of answer sheets. This is because the machine gradable answer sheets of NEET 2019 are evaluated with extreme care through specific software and are scrutinized repeatedly.

The Central/State Governments will utilize NEET examination 2019 result for MBBS admission purpose in accordance with their rules.
