The following candidates are eligible to participate in the Mop up Round of counselling for PG medical admission:

  • Candidates who have not been allotted any PG medical seat
  • Candidates who have not joined the college allotted during second round can participate by forfeiting the registration fee
  • Candidates who have joined the seat allotted in the second round are eligible to participate for Govt. quota seats in view of surrender of AIQ seats to State quota

Candidates who have joined the medical college allotted during second round of counselling are not eligible to participate in the Mop up Round of Counselling except for Government quota seats in view of surrender of AIQ seats.

There is no registration fee to be paid during mop up round. However, candidates need to pay full amount of tuition fee in the form of DD before allotment of seat.

No. Mop up Round of PG medical counselling will be done separately for Government quota and Management quota seats in different sessions. In the first session, reservation will be allowed for Government quota seats. In the second session, unfilled reserved PG medical seats under Government quota will be converted to unreserved seats and offered to the candidates belonging to UT of Pondicherry as per merit. In the final session of Mop up round of counselling, management quota seats will be offered to eligible candidates on all India basis as per merit.

Sliding is allowed only for the following PG medical seats during mop up round of counselling:

  • Seats surrendered from AIQ in the Government medical colleges in Pondicherry
  • Unfilled minority quota seats converted into general management quota seats in case of minority medical colleges

After mop up round of counselling, if any PG medical seat remains vacant, list of eligible candidates in the ratio of 1:10 in the order of merit will be sponsored to the medical colleges. In order to sponsor only those candidates who are seeking PG medical admission, CENTAC will ask the willingness of candidates for being sponsored and may open Fresh registration in addition to the existing candidates. The colleges will fill the seats in both Government quota and management quota from the 1:10 list as per merit.

CENTAC will specifically ask candidates for their willingness for inclusion of their names in the 1:10 list. Candidates who are already registered can exercise option Yes/No in their login for considering their name in 1:10 list. The list will be prepared separately for Government quota and management quota seats.

The list of original documents required at the time of joining in allotted medical colleges is mentioned below:

  • NEET PG Admit Card
  • NEET PG Rank Card
  • Marks Sheets of MBBS 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations
  • MBBS Degree Certificate or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate
  • Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of the Institution stating that the candidate shall complete internship by 31 March of the year of PG medical admission
  • Permanent or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council. Provisional Registration Certificate will be accepted for those candidates who are likely to complete their internship by 31 March of the year of PG medical admission
  • High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth
  • Photo ID Proof (Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID)
  • Community Certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable
  • Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board, if applicable

No requests will be entertained by CENTAC concerning the extension of deadline for joining the allotted college. If candidates do not join the allotted college within given time then their seat will be automatically cancelled. The same procedure is applicable for all rounds of counselling.

NEET PG Uttarakhand State Centralized PG medical counselling will be conducted mainly for following quota of PG medical seats:

  • State quota seats in Government/Private medical colleges in Uttarakhand
  • All India Management quota seats in Private medical colleges in Uttarakhand
  • PG Diploma seats in Government medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh for in service regular medical officers of Provincial Medical Health Services (PMHS) Uttarakhand

Candidates fulfilling the below mentioned criteria are eligible for State quota seats in Government and Private Medical Colleges in Uttarakhand:

  • Candidate must be Indian Citizen
  • Candidate must have passed MBBS from a medical college situated in the State of Uttarakhand and recognized by MCI
  • Candidate must have qualified in NEET PG entrance exam
  • Candidate must have completed or will be completing Compulsory Rotatory Internship training on or before 31 March of the year of PG medical admission
  • Candidate must have MCI or State Medical Council Registration Certificate

The reservation policies for State quota seats are as follows:

  • Vertical Reservation: 4% seats will be reserved for the ST candidates of Uttarakhand, 19% seats will be reserved for SC candidates of Uttarakhand and 14% seats will be reserved for OBC candidates of Uttarakhand
  • Horizontal Reservation (in each vertical category): 30% seats will be reserved for Women candidates, 5% seats will be reserved for candidates of Defence Personal Ward (DPW) of Uttarakhand, 2% seats will be reserved for Freedom Fighter (FF) and 10% seats will be reserved for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of Uttarakhand
  • 5% seats will be reserved for differently abled candidates who are domicile of Uttarakhand.

The procedure to apply for NEET PG Uttarakhand State Centralized PG medical counselling is as follows:

  1. Eligible candidates are required to fill the online application form available on the official website of HNB UME University and pay the required fee (Registration and Security deposit) by Online mode only
  2. Candidates have to complete the online application form in all respects 
  3. Candidates have to upload their photograph and signature and all other relevant documents
  4. Candidates have to re-check the information given by them before submitting the form
  5. Candidates have to retain the copy of the form submitted to the University for future reference

After final submission if a candidate wishes to edit any information or upload any document within time schedule of registration then he/she has to pay an additional fee of Rs. 500 (through online mode only) for each session for editing. For this, candidate has to login to his/her account and click on Pay Correction Fee link.

  • Report at the allotted medical college and give willingnesss for upgradation

  • Join the allotted medical college

  • Take a Free exit without forfeiting the security amount
